2010 Rates/Tariffs
*Long Term (22 days plus) rates are as
follows;

| Linen (if required): |
$75.00 per term of stay (No charge
if you supply your own linen) |

$5.00 per week or $1.00 per day |
| Guest Fee: |

Expires 31 December 2010 |
Upon acceptance of your application you will be required
to make the following payments:

3 weeks rent in advance |

*Short Term (4 to 21 days) rates are as follows;
| Single Room: |
$30.00 per day |
| Double Room: |
$40.00 per day (If linen is required $10 per term
of stay) |
| Deposit (Bond): |
$50 (Refundable) |
*Casual (2 days minimum to 3 days) rates are as follows;
| Single Room: |
$35.00 per day |
| Double Room: |
$50.00 per day (If linen is required $10 per term
of stay) |

Not required |
Cancellation:
If cancellation of booking is made outside 21 days
of intended arrival date, there will be an administration
charge of one week rent.
Cancellation between 8-21 days, will incur an administration
charge of two weeks rent.
Cancellation within 7 days, will incur an administration
charge of three weeks rent and loss of deposit.
